needs analysis

This is a VERY rough mockup. It was proposed to do a case study to examine the UI/UX of various sites to see how hard it would be to find specific information. Screen shots of a real website were used for the mockup and identifying information was redacted.

This is a sample of a needs analysis. Our organization wanted to engage with a specific set of our membership. I put together an analysis of who is considered to be a part of this group and a plan to track engagement in our LMS. Specific data has been redacted and charts are place holders and non-representative of actual data.
