Don’t have an LMS/LRS to capture learner feedback? Or maybe you do have an LMS/LRS but want feedback to go to a specific individual instantly. Either way, this is a neat way of getting feedback directly from your learner and into the hands of the desired stakeholders.

This is a proof of concept that was not put into production. It uses item states and animations to create a unique interactive experience. Storyline’s text-to-speech feature was used and servers as a place holder for a voice actor. This interactive also contains a tutorial that explains how it was created.
